Caitlin Harris
President
Caitlin joined Early Foundations at its inception and leads the Company’s operations, ensuring excellence across every aspect of the organization. She oversees school operations, management team recruitment, human resources, finance and accounting, and new school development. With a career dedicated entirely to operations leadership within the early childhood industry, Caitlin is passionate about building strong teams, supporting staff, and creating exceptional learning environments where children and families thrive
Kyley Herron
Vice President of Operations & Development
Kyley joined Early Foundations in 2023 and leads the organization’s strategic growth through acquisitions and new school developments. She oversees daily operations for six Phoenix-area schools, and also manages expansion efforts in the DC area, including Maryland and Virginia.
In her role, Kyley supports Executive Directors in operations, enrollment growth, school excellence, leadership recruitment, human resources, and finance.
Prior to joining Early Foundations, Kyley held a leadership role at Cadence Education, overseeing multiple states in the Northeast. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, she is deeply committed to providing high-quality care and learning. Kyley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies with a concentration in Birth through Second Grade from Wilmington University.
Stephanie McGriff
Vice President of Operations
Stephanie is the Vice President of Operations at Early Foundations, where she supports schools across Florida, Minnesota, and North Carolina. With over 20 years of leadership experience and more than a decade in early childhood education, Stephanie brings a deep commitment to team development, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality learning environments.
Since joining Early Foundations in 2024, Stephanie has focused on strengthening school leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring that every child, family, and staff member feels seen, supported, and valued. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Palm Beach Atlantic University and has a strong background in sales and customer service, which continues to inform her people-centered approach.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud wife and mom. She and her husband, Josh, have two children, Kaitlyn and Camden, who inspire her daily and fuel her passion for education and family support.
Rikki McGinley
Human Resources Specialist
Rikki joined Early Foundations in August 2024, bringing over seven years of Human Resources experience across diverse industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri and leverages her varied background to provide well-rounded support in her role. At Early Foundations, she collaborates closely with VPs and leadership to enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and ensure organizational success through effective communication and innovative solutions.
Karen Rojas
Human Resources Assistant
Karen joined Early Foundations in August 2025, bringing with her an extensive background in the legal field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. In her role at Early Foundations, she manages day-to-day HR responsibilities, including employee onboarding, assists with implementing workplace policies and supporting staff with HR related needs to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Myiesha Alston
Administrative Assistant
Born and raised in North Carolina, Myiesha graduated from UNC–Wilmington and began her career in media. After nearly a decade in that field, she discovered her passion for early childhood education and transitioned into the industry. She now serves as Administrative Assistant at Early Foundations, where she supports the team in keeping schools running smoothly. A proud mom, Myiesha enjoys balancing her professional life with family time, travel, and exploring new experiences with her daughter.
Hannah Geanopoulos
Enrollment & Marketing Specialist
Hannah is passionate about connecting families with the right early education experience and plays a key role in driving enrollment growth across Early Foundations schools. She focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with prospective families—supporting them from their very first inquiry through continued partnerships. Hannah also leads trainings for school leadership, supports community marketing efforts, and manages social media and web presence to showcase the heart of each school. In collaboration with Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, and School Directors, she develops enrollment strategies that fuel growth while ensuring every child receives exceptional care and education.
Before joining Early Foundations, Hannah spent seven years at Cadence Education, beginning her career as a teacher and later serving as a School Director. With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, she brings both expertise and enthusiasm to her work. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, with a specialization in K–12 Special Education, from the University of Delaware.
Amanda Pridemore
Tuition & Billing Specialist
Amanda brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education, with a strong commitment to supporting children, families, and educators. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood, providing her with a deep foundation in child development and early learning practices. Throughout her career, Amanda has served in multiple leadership roles, including Program Director, where she managed early education centers and guided teams in delivering high-quality care.
Passionate about making early education accessible to all families, Amanda partners closely with childcare subsidy agencies to help parents navigate resources and secure the support they need. Her expertise allows her to advocate for equitable access to quality care while continuing to strengthen early learning programs through the promotion of best practices.
Sara Pierce
Divisional Vice President, Arizona Market
Sara is the Divisional Vice President of Early Foundations’ Arizona Primrose Schools. For the past two years, she served as Executive Director for the North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and Tatum locations, and she is excited to now support families and teams across all Arizona schools.
With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Sara has worn many hats—teacher, assistant director, director, and even childcare center owner. Her passion for the field began in 2000 when her youngest son attended Head Start, where she started as a volunteer and quickly realized this was her calling. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in Family Psychology and is currently pursuing her MBA.
Kelly Wallace
Divisional Vice President, Minnesota Market
Kelly is the Divisional Vice President for Early Foundations’ Minnesota market. With over 15 years of leadership experience in Primrose Schools and a career spanning preschool teaching, infant care, and childcare ownership, Kelly is dedicated to providing families with a trusted and high-quality early education experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and an Elementary Teaching License from Michigan State University.
Kelly is passionate about mentoring the next generation of early childhood educators and building strong, lasting relationships with families, students, and teachers. She believes every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can thrive and every parent deserves peace of mind.
Outside of work, Kelly and her husband enjoy “glamping,” hiking, and biking across Minnesota with their three dogs. They are proud parents of four grown children and love exploring this new season of life together.
Sara Campbell
Divisional Vice President, Florida Market
Sara partners with the Florida market leadership teams to ensure every child’s educational experience inspires a lifelong love of learning and growth. As a working mom, she understands the importance of choosing the right childcare and treasures the opportunity to watch children master new skills while building relationships with their families.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she first discovered her passion for early childhood education while teaching children about exercise and nutrition at a local Child Development Center. Since beginning her career in 2015, she has earned her Child Development Associate Credential, Director’s Credential, and VPK Director’s Credential.
After relocating to Bradenton in 2021 with her husband, James, and their son, Benny, she quickly found a home with Primrose Schools. Now, both Benny and her younger son, Frankie, are proud Primrose students.
Deeply committed to the Primrose mission—that who children become is as important as what they know—she takes pride in supporting families, listening to their needs, and ensuring every experience at Primrose is meaningful and lasting.
Kelli Palmer
Regional Manager, North Carolina Market
Kelli graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies – Birth through Kindergarten with Licensure and is a licensed director in North Carolina. With more than 15 years of experience in both elementary school systems and childcare settings, she has dedicated her career to early education. She began her Primrose journey in 2010 and quickly knew it was the premier brand she wanted for her own children.
As Regional Manager, she loves working closely with multiple schools, building relationships with families, and supporting each school community. A proud wife and mom, she and her husband, Scott, stay busy with their two children, Peyton and Lucas, and their many church and sports activities. Together, they enjoy traveling to the beach, cheering on the UNC Tar Heels, and spending time at their kids’ games and performances.
She believes deeply in the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach, which develops both academic success and character growth—helping children become confident, compassionate learners for life.
Angel Madrigal
Executive Director, Arizona Market
With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Angel has worked with children at every stage of early learning, from toddlers to kindergarteners. She holds a strong background in Early Childhood Education and Child Development and is dedicated to helping children grow and succeed in their early years.
Family and tradition are at the heart of Angel’s life. She cherishes celebrating Día de los Muertos and baking biscochitos with her family each holiday season. At home, she enjoys spending time with her three children—Nece, Dezmond, and Myesha—and their three lively dogs, Lucy, Marley, and Lala.
In her free time, Angel loves reading, watching movies with her children, and practicing meditation. As Executive Director, she looks forward to partnering with families, teachers, and the community to create a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring environment for every child.
Sarah Brockey
Executive Director, Arizona Market
With over 14 years of experience at Primrose, Sarah believes preschool should be a place filled with love, laughter, and hands-on learning. Her goal is to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and eager to explore and grow.
As Executive Director with Early Foundations, Sarah is proud to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to ensure each school reflects these values.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—whether it’s watching a good movie, dining at a favorite restaurant, cheering on football Sundays, or getting lost in a great book.
Stephanie Austin
Executive Director, D.C Metro Market
Stephanie holds a degree in Psychology and Child Development and has dedicated more than 25 years to the field of early childhood education. From the beginning of her career, she knew her calling was to support children’s growth and development.
As both an educator and a mother of three, Stephanie understands the challenges parents face in balancing work and family. This perspective shapes her commitment to creating positive, nurturing environments that provide children with high-quality learning experiences and give parents peace of mind.
Passionate about community and the joy of learning, Stephanie remains dedicated to providing the very best early learning experience for every child and family she serves.
